PRICES / F.O.B. - All prices published herein are net F.O.B. Origin unless otherwise specified.
MINIMUM BILLING -No order under $10 will be processed.
TERMS OF SALE AND PAYMENT - Regular terms: 1% cash discount 10 days, net 30 days from date of invoice. All C.O.D. shipments are net, (no cash discounts allowed) and will have a service charge of $10.00 per order added. Delinquent accounts: cash with order for specially made or custom items; C.O. D. for stock items. A finance charge of 11/2 % per month, effective annual rate of 18%, added on past due amounts. Handling charge of $25.00 per check will be billed for any checks returned to us by your bank.
VISA, MASTERCARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS - (no cash discounts allowed) accepted. Include card number, expiration date, cardholder’s signature, address and telephone number.
PHONE ORDERS - We cannot be held responsible for errors on phone orders. Stock merchandise shipped in error may be returned, but only under the terms stated below (see “RETURNS”).
BACK ORDERS - It is our policy to ship all available merchandise and back order the balance unless otherwise specified by the purchaser. Consequently, purchaser must accept partial shipments when necessary and pay partial invoices within our payment terms.
RETURNS must be authorized in advance, in writing, by Annin Flagmakers. Unused and unopened materials only may be returned. Enclose packing slip and return via least expensive way. Unless noted otherwise on the Return Authorization, Dealers must prepay return freight. Credit on account will be issued, less a re-stocking charge equivalent to 15% of the net value of the goods returned. Custom-made and other non-stock, special order items are not returnable. No returns accepted after 60 days from invoice date;

NOTE: If you return merchandise to the corporate office we will deduct from the credit the shipping charge for us to send to South Boston for processing.
No adjustments of any kind after 180 days.
CLAIMS - Damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. File claim directly with Transportation Company within 10 days after receipt of merchandise.
DELAYS IN DELIVERIES resulting from fires, strikes, accidents, wars, terrorist attacks, riots or any other cause beyond our control shall not be our responsibility, nor shall Annin Flagmakers in any way be held liable for any loss whatever which may arise therefrom.
CANCELLATIONS - Orders for custom-made and other non-stock, special items received and accepted by Annin Flagmakers cannot be cancelled except upon terms that will compensate Annin for costs incurred.
REPAIRS & REPLACEMENTS - Annin Flagmakers reserves the right to determine if pre-authorized returned merchandise should be repaired, replaced or otherwise adjusted. Dealers are requested not to make such adjustments without prior authorization.

SHIPPING METHODS / TIMES / COSTS
Unless you specify to the contrary we will attempt to ship your order the most efficient way. Larger orders (over 200 lbs.) or large sized items are generally shipped via motor freight.
For other orders, our preferred shipper is UPS ground.
If you prefer Annin to designate a different carrier as the default shipper for your account, please let us know.
As always, you will have the option to change the carrier or class of service on an individual order basis whether placing your order via phone, fax, e-mail or on www.anninonline.com.
SHIPPING WEIGHTS - listed are approximate and will vary according to size of master carton and/or other packing materials.
